The FantaCarte evening tournament

Every evening at 9 pm (Italian time) there's a knockout tournament on FantaCarte: one evening Burraco, the next Scala 40. It's free, you play from home and the winner takes home the trophy.

How it works

• Sign-ups: they open at midnight and stay open all day, until 9 pm. In the game tap Evening tournament at 9 pm and then Sign up for tonight's tournament; if you change your mind you can cancel your entry.
• Entrants: from 4 to 32 players. If there are fewer than 4 entrants at 9 pm, that evening's tournament doesn't start and it's tried again the next day.
• Bracket: at 9 pm the matches are drawn. Anyone left without an opponent goes straight through to the next round.
• The matches: for each match a table reserved for the two players is opened, and they get an invite, on their phone too. Whoever doesn't sit down within 5 minutes loses the match; the game starts as soon as you're both seated.
• Knockout: the winner goes through to the next round, all the way to the final.

Which game, which evening

The two games alternate every other evening. In the game you can always see which one is being played tonight.

The prizes
